Tracey brings extensive experience to the Residential Property Department of Beechworth Real Estate, as evidenced by her accreditation with the REIV as a Residential Property Manager. She has introduced new property management software and systems and totally revamped the property department to ensure that landlords' assets are managed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and its regulations and in a way which enhances the value and sustainability of that asset.

As an accredited Property Manager, attention to detail is one of the underlying strengths of our management service; from marketing your investment property, to conducting inspections, to processing tenancy applications and preparing tenancy documentation, to receipting rental funds and accounting to you for moneys received, to finalising a tenancy, you can always be assured of our personal best and our utmost attention to detail.

Tony has had over 30 years experience as a business and property lawyer in Victoria and New South Wales and has utilised that experience in attaining REIV accreditation as a Business Broker and in advising on the management of commercial properties within the Agency. His background as a business lawyer enables him to market a property from a unique position and to correctly respond to queries raised by prospective purchasers in relation to a particular property and/or business.

 

Helen Chambeyron, Sales Consultant

Helen's enthusiasm and dedication is well suited to real estate sales and, being born and raised in the Beechworth area, she has extensive local knowledge which is of immense value when listing and marketing properties for sale and dealing with prospective purchasers.

Helen understands that selling a property can be an emotional and stressful period in a person's life - but passionately believes that it need not be provided a professional, yet personal, approach is adopted. This approach, combined with a realistic selling price and effective marketing, are the keys to finding the right purchaser for your property.

Leonie Strachan, Accounts Manager

Leonie is our Receptionist/Administration Manager/IT Manager, and having attained her Agents' Representative qualification now also assists in the Property Management and Sales Departments.

Leonie also has qualifications in Accounting and Information Technology and has extensive experience in a variety of administrative positions, marketing and accounting systems and Local Government. Accordingly, Leonie is a valued and important employee, who is able to use her skills and knowledge to assist our clients in a variety of areas.
